The keynote will focus on the topic of authentic service user (patient) involvement in quality improvement. Why is this important – what value does it add? And what we have learnt about how to truly and meaningfully involve patients alongside staff in quality improvement efforts – ideas that seem to work, and things that we have tried that haven’t worked so well.
