Mags Harrison is the ESTHER Programme Lead, in Kent, UK, working across health, social and community services, also currently on an empowerment project with three other European countries. Mags has worked in Local Government Social Care services for nearly 30 years and with the ESTHER programme for the last six years. Mags is passionate about person-centred care and support and the ethos of ’ask what matters to ESTHER’, ’listen to what matters to ESTHER’ and ’do what matters to ESTHER’.


Speaking seminar: Empowerment Competency Framework - how the ESTHER modeI is supporting an innovative empowerment project in four European countries, by applying research based solutions, informing person-centred ways of working, co-production and empowerment for the workforce and ESTHER

The programme for Microsystem festival 2022 will be build around the five success factors for high performing clinical microsystems.

Each stream will be devoted to one of the success factors and it will comprise of a key-note, a few presentations of improvement work and cases and an international team work problem- solving challenge facilitated by a coach from Qulturum, Region Jönköping County.

At the festival, you will be given many opportunities to exchange experiences and ideas with people from all over the world. People, who share your passion for microsystems and quality improvement and who come to the festival because they believe in the power of Synergy and the importance of spreading Energy for change.
