ImproveApp™

ImproveApp™

This seminar is part of the live program and will be recorded during March 2-4. We will publish the recorded seminar here one day after it has been broadcasted.

ImproveApp™ is a web based app that provides easy guidance, support and tracking to individuals and teams to track improvement progress using a Smart Phone, Tablet or a computer.  Developed by Marjorie Godfrey, the original idea was to ”make it easy” for busy front line improvement teams to engage and learn improvement methods, track the progress, be ”coached” through the methods by the electronic format and also be able to report results. ImproveApp™  is being used colleagues during improvement meetings to display progress and results and print reports.

ImproveApp™ provides a baseline assessment of improvement capabilities to help individuals, teams and organizations identify knowledge gaps to teach. Once education has occurred, post measures can be collected to show changes in improvement capabilities.  ImproveApp™  has recently added the ability to assess individual and team resilience and wellbeing scores to encourage development of activities and support to encourage individual and team members to include resilience and wellbeing as an important aspect of high performing teams.

ImproveApp™ provides measurement dashboards for teams and leaders of organizations to track results and identify when there are challenges or slow progress making improvement to be able to help the improvers.

ImproveApp™  uses ”in the field” improvers to inform easy to use designs to facilitate smooth and easy improvement support.  Future versions will include ”push and pull” network communications to make it easy for improvers to reach out to each other for help and to alert the network when teams reach their goals.

The programme for Microsystem festival 2022 will be build around the five success factors for high performing clinical microsystems.

Each stream will be devoted to one of the success factors and it will comprise of a key-note, a few presentations of improvement work and cases and an international team work problem- solving challenge facilitated by a coach from Qulturum, Region Jönköping County.

People, who share your passion for microsystems and quality improvement and who come to the festival because they believe in the power of Synergy and the importance of spreading Energy for change.
