The conference will be held digitally in Zoom. Registration is required to be able to take part of the conference.

This year’s conference will be free of charge.

You can register for the Microsystem Festival 2022 using the form on our website. The registration will open January 18, 2022.

As a lecturer you still need to register to the conference in order to get full access to the program.

Submission to The Microsystem Festival – deadline has passed. If you want an extension please contact us.

After you submit your abstract you will not be able to edit or make changes to the proposal you have submitted. If you need to make changes, please send an e-mail to info@microsystemfestival.com and we will give you further instructions. Mark you email: Abstract submission: Microsystem Festival 2022.

Yes. You are welcome to submit more than one proposal. Just fill out the form for each abstract.

You will be notified of the results of your Microsystem Festival submission in late December 2021.

The conference is being organised by Qulturum, the development unit of Region Jönköping County, together with the International network of Clinical Microsystems.

The conference language is English. All the sessions will be held in English.

The Clinical Microsystem Festival is intended for you as a leader, CEO, improvement coach or anyone working to improve quality in healthcare. The Festival includes a Improvement Science Day on March 4, for researchers and those who are interested in advancing knowledge of clinical microsystems and quality improvement.

Yes, all the recorded seminars will be published on the website. Both during the conference and after as documentation.

If your abstract has been accepted you have until January 31 2022 to upload your video file. Upload the video file here.

Yes, all seminars and keynotes will be recorded and published on the website. Some pre-recorded material will be available on all times at the website and the live-presentations will be recorded and published after as documentation. All recordings will be available for fourteen days.

The programme for Microsystem festival 2022 will be build around the five success factors for high performing clinical microsystems.

Each stream will be devoted to one of the success factors and it will comprise of a key-note, a few presentations of improvement work and cases and an international team work problem- solving challenge facilitated by a coach from Qulturum, Region Jönköping County.

At the festival, you will be given many opportunities to exchange experiences and ideas with people from all over the world. People, who share your passion for microsystems and quality improvement and who come to the festival because they believe in the power of Synergy and the importance of spreading Energy for change.
