Esther café: Esther as your compass for compassion

We are inviting you to participate in a digital ESTHER cafe. Together with you and a person with lived experience of healthcare we explore the possibilities of the ESTHER approach and the power of storytelling as a starting point to create improvements. After a short ESTHER introduction we will dig deeper in the query: how the story of one person can move an entire system? Lets find out ”the secrets” behind this. We will work through improvements and solutions, utilising the new ESTHER Café Resource Pack. We will also summarize learning lessons of running the Esther café, digital and physical in Singapore, Sweden and England. Looking forward seeing you in our interactive seminar.

 

* “Esther” is a symbolic person, with complex care needs who requires the coordination and integration between hospital, primary care, home care, and community care. After the session you – have knowledge of the Esther approach – have acces to the Esther Café Resource pack – have new international connections – have an invitation to continue learn together.

The programme for Microsystem festival 2022 will be build around the five success factors for high performing clinical microsystems.

Each stream will be devoted to one of the success factors and it will comprise of a key-note, a few presentations of improvement work and cases and an international team work problem- solving challenge facilitated by a coach from Qulturum, Region Jönköping County.

At the festival, you will be given many opportunities to exchange experiences and ideas with people from all over the world. People, who share your passion for microsystems and quality improvement and who come to the festival because they believe in the power of Synergy and the importance of spreading Energy for change.
