MD, PhD in Medical Education at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Linköping University and Jönköping Academy of Health and Welfare, Jönköping University. Her research concerns pedagogical processes and learning in health care practices. Since decades she has as an educationalist supported competences in pedagogical approaches. As one of the pioneers at Qulturum and today at Futurum she has combined quality improvement and clinical education, in local as well as national and international projects and networks. She has been the Head Medical Intern and Residency programs and is today the Head of Undergraduate Clinical Education in Region Jönköping engaging seventeen different Educational Programs. As an MD she has specialized in Child and Youth Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.


Existential health - experience resonance and co-produce


The programme for Microsystem festival 2022 will be build around the five success factors for high performing clinical microsystems.

Each stream will be devoted to one of the success factors and it will comprise of a key-note, a few presentations of improvement work and cases and an international team work problem- solving challenge facilitated by a coach from Qulturum, Region Jönköping County.

At the festival, you will be given many opportunities to exchange experiences and ideas with people from all over the world. People, who share your passion for microsystems and quality improvement and who come to the festival because they believe in the power of Synergy and the importance of spreading Energy for change.
